Please read these rules carefully. They concern any mating and reproduction.
Ignorance is not an excuse.
1. Nothing graphic.
This is simple. I won't tolerate anything graphic. Make it simple and detail-free. If you really want to get down and dirty, take it entirely off this site. Not even in PMs, please. It's still again Proboard TOS. I prefer you timeskip/fade out, above anything else.
2. Give a warning.
Regardless of how lacking in detail it is, put a warning in the thread title or first post. Make it clear, so no one can say they were unaware. It's not hard to do, and requires minimal time.
3. Forced mating is allowed.
But don't go rape anyone, yet. It's allowed IN character, however OUT of character BOTH roleplayers MUST agree. Meaning, yes, it is rape in character, but the other player did agree upon it out of character.
4. No huge size gaps.
It is possible, in some cases, however, it won't be allowed here. If the dog couldn't reasonably mount the bitch without injuring her with his size, or if the dog needs a ladder just to reach the bitch, it's unacceptable.
5. More on size gaps.
However, if your characters wish to be mates WITHOUT any reproduction, the size gap doesn't matter. That Chihuahua and Saint Bernard can cuddle and proclaim love as much as they like, as long as they don't expect any pups.
6. Sexuality.
Homosexuality occurs in nature. It isn't simply a human thing. Yes, your dog can be homosexual, bisexual, or heterosexual. Other sexualities are allowed, too. I don't care; just don't expect offspring from anything but a male and a female.
7. Maximum of five pups.
Your bitch may produce a maximum of five pups in a litter. However, you may buy the rights to more, if you decide to. Litter side will be selected by staff using a random number generator. The base number will be between 1-5. Any purchased pup slots will be added on. So, if we get a 3, and you buy 3 slots, you'll total 6.
8. Litter purchases must be done prior.
Prior to submitting the litter request, you must perform any purchases to alter the litter. You aren't required to buy anything, however, if you plan to, they must be purchased and included IN the form before it's sent. If they aren't, too bad. You'll have to use them some other time.
9. Staff decide all traits.
Aside from any purchases, staff will decide the traits. Much of this will be done via random selection. There's also a risk one or more pups will die. This will be effected by the bitch's condition, season, and other factors. Additional pup purchases will not be killed, as you did pay for those pups.
10. Adoption.
The player of the bitch may keep one pup as a character, the player of the dog may keep one pup as a character. The rest must be placed for adoption. However, you can privately select people to roleplay them, if you wish. Any who don't find players within a week are deemed 'deceased'. If a case comes up where TEN puppies are born (through a healthy five, plus five purchases), all alive, each parent may get two.
11. One week pregnancy.
Yes, your dog must be pregnant for a total seven days, from the date of mating. Use this time to find roleplayers for your pups. If you wish to birth early, the pups will be considered premature, and some might die.
12. The form.
When your bitch gets pregnant, you are to fill out the following and PM is to the administrator to have your pups created.
